Two formats, both exactly as Instagram published them. Nothing is converted, resized or re-compressed on the way to you.
Vertical 9:16 video, delivered as the MP4 Instagram serves for that reel with its audio track intact.
Square, landscape and the longer posts that used to be IGTV all resolve the same way as a reel.
Extracting an MP3 means re-encoding the audio stream, which this tool does not do. The MP4 already contains the audio.
Single photos come back at full size, not the preview thumbnail that many tools return by mistake.

These are ceilings set by Instagram, which re-compresses every upload. No tool can exceed them, and anything advertising 4K upscaling of an Instagram photo is inventing pixels. More on full-resolution photos.
A multi-slide post is one link containing up to 20 child items, and a slide can be a photo or a video in any order.
Each item appears separately with its own Save button, tagged MP4 or JPG.
Video slides come as MP4 with audio, photo slides as full-size JPG.
Slide 3 in the app is the third item in the list, so you can pick the one you actually wanted.
Instagram does not burn a watermark into reels. The username you see over a reel is drawn by the app's interface, not stored in the video file, so a clean download has nothing to strip.
The exception is a reel that was originally a TikTok. That watermark is part of the image data and no tool can remove it cleanly. More on watermarks.
