Links can sit in any column or sheet. Export files with a post_url column work as they are.
Each post is fetched in turn and marked Ready or Failed, with a count of its videos and photos.

No. Every sheet and every cell is scanned, so links can sit in any column next to captions, dates or other data. Links hidden behind hyperlink text are found too.
No. The file is opened inside your browser and never leaves your computer. Only the individual Instagram post links are sent for lookup, one at a time.
Up to 50. Instagram throttles heavy traffic, so each batch is capped. If a file has more, the first 50 are processed and the page tells you how many were left out; put the rest in another file.
They are marked Failed, and hovering shows why, usually a private or deleted post. Retry failed tries just those again, and the ZIP still includes everything that succeeded.
No. The bulk downloader works from a list of post links you provide. It does not crawl an account, and it cannot reach private accounts or Stories.
Each file is named after the post it came from, like Instagram_ABC123_1.mp4 and Instagram_ABC123_2.jpg, so carousel slides stay together and in order.
